Ali joined Harcourts in February 2013, and was appointed Client Relations Manager in February 2014 as a client relation manager. Ali’s primary responsibilities are sales administration, marketing and management.
Ali’s strong organisational skills, problem solving skills, approachable personality, communication and interpersonal skills ensure that our growing client base receive maximum customer satisfaction. She also understands the importance of exceptional customer service and that is why her role come naturally to her.
Ali enjoys fine foods, travelling and being able to explore new places. Her other passions include the Great Barrier Reef which she has visited multiple times.
Ali holds a diploma in management and certificates in business administration and accounting.
